Pickled Pumpkin Catering is a chef‑led, award winning team from South Wales, known for bold, flavour packed food. From a one man hustle in 2020, they’ve grown into a major player in the catering scene, crafting creative, bespoke menus with top quality, local ingredients, all while keeping sustainability front and centre.
For weddings, they go way beyond boring buffet food. You can choose classic plated meals, their signature social dining (big sharing platters and vibes), interactive stations like sushi or oysters, or even fun evening eats and their street food pod. Menus are built around great ingredients and big flavour, and everything from canapés to late night munchies is customised to fit your style and guests.
