When you arrive, Bethany will be there to greet you and get you settled in with a free drink from the bar. She’ll walk you through each space and give you the full lowdown on how everything works. You can ask as many questions as you like, and we can also check date availability. Afterwards, Bethany will send a follow-up email with all the key info and handy links so you can mull things over before making any decisions.

An Open Day is your chance to see The Shack all dressed up just like it would be for a wedding. We’ll be running one-to-one tours throughout the day; you can book them using the link below. We host a few Open Days each year and invite a lineup of handpicked suppliers to help kickstart your wedding planning. If you’ve already booked with us, you’re more than welcome to pop by for a drink and a chat. It’s the perfect chance to meet the team, talk to amazing suppliers, and see the space in full swing.

Our doors are open to everyone! Bring your family, friends, dogs, kids, whoever you like. Everyone’s welcome to join you for your tour or one of our open days - the more the merrier.

Can’t make it in person? No problem! A virtual tour works just like an in-person one, minus the free drink (sad times). You’ll get a Teams link to join at the start of your meeting, and Bethany will walk you through the venue on camera, showing you each space and answering any questions along the way.
